As an experienced nanny and parenting coach, I am often asked for recommendations and I’m fortunate to know a network of incredible childcare professionals who I would even trust with my own children.

That’s why I created The Nanny Approach Childcare Collective, a bespoke nanny and babysitting referral service connecting families with passionate, qualified, and caring professionals. Every member of our collective is someone I wholeheartedly recommend: experienced, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional care.

I personally vet every individual who forms part of our collective from interview to full verification. Every member has a DBS check, childcare qualifications, insurance, first aid and a wealth of experience. Many are also billingual or Ofsted registered. They are the gold standard in childcare.

We match you with qualified professionals.

You’ll receive tailored profiles from our collective. Each nanny or sitter is fully qualified, first aid trained, and many are bilingual or Ofsted registered.

Choose your perfect fit.

We can arrange a pre-meeting so you feel confident before the booking. Alternatively, your nanny can arrive early to get acquainted and settle in.

The Finer Details

Long-Term Nanny Placements

Placement Fee: 8% of the nanny’s agreed gross annual salary (first year only). £500 deposit upon booking which is fully refundable if we cannot place a nanny with you and is deducted from our placement fee.

If things don’t work out within the first 3 months, we’ll provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Need help setting up as a nanny employer? We also offer tailored contracts and setup support (additional fee applies).

Babysitting & Short-Term Nannying

Annual Registration Fee: £30 – This covers the personalised matching/vetting process and is valid for one calendar year from sign up date.

Hourly Rate: £15/hour – All payments made directly to the sitter, making it hassle free for you.

Minimum Booking: 3 hours per session.
