Hi. I’m Louise
Welcome to The Nanny Approach
Since 2008, I have dedicated my career to supporting children’s development and helping families thrive. My journey began teaching Art and Music, followed by work in a nursery setting, and later transitioning into professional nannying in 2012. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience working with children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers, and developed a deep passion for empowering both parents and children.
This passion for helping families is what inspired me to create The Nanny Approach. I know how hard it can be raising children and that it’s crucial for parents to feel supported by people that they trust. Whether that’s needing some advice on how to navigate parenting challenges or finding gold standard childcare with fully qualified individuals holding years of experience and expertise in the field.
My approach is rooted in collaboration, working alongside parents to honour their values and goals while promoting children’s confidence, resilience, and independence. This ethos is ingrained into our practice at The Nanny Approach.
I had the privilege of working with one family for over a decade, helping guide their children through every major milestone until they were ready to spread their wings. Since then, I have supported many other families and am excited to help even more parents build stronger, happier homes through coaching and guidance.
